don't forget to visit Madhuri Waterfalls when visiting Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh...

don't worry, you read that one right. There is actually a waterfall known as Madhuri Waterfalls in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh. I was quiet pleasantly surprised when I came across this article promoting Tawang on the thaindian website where amongst all the scenic description of the region there is a mention of this particular waterfall.

Its actually the Jang waterfalls, locally known as Madhuri falls, as the Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit shot for her film “Koyla” here, they are said to be worth a watch. Unfortunately there are no pictures attached to the article and hence one can only imagine about it but here's another must see for Madhuri Die-hard fans out there. eNJOY!

Here's a bit on the movie: Sulakshana Devi is extremely wealthy and equally arrogant. Her son Ravi dies in an accident and later a woman meets her to tell her that she had been married to Ravi and is carrying his child.

Sulakshana throws her out but later comes to know that she had been telling the truth. But no amount of searching enables her to locate her dead son's wife and grandchild.

Many years later, Arun Kumar (Anil Kapoor) arrives there with a plan to pass off as the old woman's grandson. Will he be able to succeed? And will Sulakshana Devi ever come face to face with her grandchild?

Madhuri Dixit in Gaja Gamini film - a review...

Hi friends, today I bring to your attention 2 other fans of Madhuri Dixit. I came across these 2 blogs both of which have stuff that will blow your mind specially if your a Bollywood fan.

Madhuri Dixit Shriram Nene - the actress and the doc...

Interesting pair one would think, isn't it?

Just wanted to update you that today I read quite an interesting article not on Madhuri Dixit but her husband Dr. Shriram Nene. The article put up at Vitals gives an introduction to Dr. Nene and then goes to talk about how he is constantly over shadowed by his successful, award wining and powerful wife Madhuri Dixit Nene. You can also check out Dr.Nene's profile, his contact details etc. Do read the comments on Dr.Nene's profile page there are a couple of them. While one mentions him as special the other person would never want to go to him, no reasons given. But, I guess when your a part celebrity yourself you would get these extreme responses. The main article ends up with an interesting question though "The question remains, when Madhuri Dixit returns to the silver screen, will her husband follow her to India or stay dedicated to his practices in Colorado?"

Madhuri Dixit Dayavan kiss in Top 10 Bollywood Smooches of all times...

no surprises here. Indiatimes ran an interesting article yesterday featuring the best smooches, Bollywood style and promptly the Madhuri Dixit Dayavan kiss was in at the top. The film as many of you will know already featured one of the longest smooches in Bollywood between a very young Madhuri Dixit and a much older Vinod Khanna. It was directed by Feroz Khan. I truly felt that it was one of the defining moments of Madhuri's Career as it made people sit up and take notice. This girl meant serious business. I can tell you that I was quite taken a back as we weren't that used to seeing full fledged moments on the screen then.

No Madhuri-Mrs Robinson romance with Ranbir Kapoor, no Draupadi either...

I was quite excited recently with the prospect of seeing Madhuri Dixit in a Mrs. Rabinson kind of role with Ranbir Kapoor for Prakash Jha's Draupadi but, today mornings times has just sucked the air out of me. Apparently the whole thing never happened, it was just rumours.

Well, now I am sad and angry, I was really looking forward to the idea of seeing Madhuri Dixit on the silver screen again. I think Mr. Jha just looking at the excitement and the buzz that news created it would be a good idea to do a project like this even if you weren't planning to, what say you?

ok, this is exciting stuff, times reported in an article that Madhuri Dixit is likely to play the older women seducing the boy kind of stuff in Prakash Jha’s new movie. fan Pappu Sardar celebrates Madhuri Dixit Birthday in style...

Well, this is interesting. One of the biggest fans of Madhuri Dixit and owner of popular chaat shop in Sakchi celebrated Madhuri Dixit's Birthday by doing something really unusual, he solemnised the marriage of a Muslim couple today and bore all the expenses of the wedding.

A special cake named Madhuri Nagar was cut and Pappu also distributed sweets and cakes among mentally challenged children. So even if Pappu can't dance Saala, he definitely does know how to celebrate his favourite star Madhuri Dixit's birthday.

Ok, the good news is Madhuri Dixit is back (I'm excited) . No, I'm not talking about her comeback film 'Aaja Nachle', I am talking about the new movie she is doing with Prakash Jha (the guy she did 'Mrityudand' with and this one is going to be opposite to Ranbir Kapoor.
